The biggest mistake that we as human beings are doing is that we are constantly trying to control the outside world. We think we have the power to influence other people, to prevent some negative situations that may occur by some of our actions and we also tend to follow the rules that the harder we try the better results we get and that only by going outside of our comfort zone we can become stronger and succeed.
How many times did we say something we knew wasn’t right? How many times did we make a decision only based on other people’s expectations? How many times did we say ‘‘yes’’ even when deep inside we wished we were strong enough to say ‘‘no’’? How many times did we decide to throw our own wisdom away only to make others feel better about themselves?
“A lie told often enough becomes the truth“ is a saying that characterizes how little power we actually have over our beliefs. How easily can other people play with our minds? What makes even strong personalities to become a marionette in someone else’s drama?
